• -How to facilitate the co-ordinated and rapid reaction to an incident or disaster in a controlled and effective manner?
• -How to ensure that the affected services, processes and resources are resumed within the associated recovery time objective?
• -How to integrate also decision taking on non-mission critical activities under the crisis management process?
• -And as usual:
  • +How can people be “programmed” to support?
  • +How can we influence behavior & interest?
